You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “Cabnetware Tech Forum” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “Cabnetware Tech Forum” has the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user, you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. You agree to let us change any links that you insert into your post with our own link. That way if your link dies later it will still be around in the future for our members.

Online & Phone Support Rules
Online & Phone Support Payments are due before the support starts.
Any online or phone support that is needed beyond this forum will be billed through PayPal in advance and once paid it can start at your convenience. If more than the minimum hour is needed we will need to bill you for 4 more hours again and after the support has concluded you will receive the credit for any unused time back to your credit/debit card.

Information About Refunds
No refunds of your membership will be given after joining the forum. Your membership will give you one full year of forum use if you abide by the rules. We will do everything possible to fulfill your membership unless circumstances beyond our control should occur.
